All utilities are separated into a comprehensive utility package covering electricity, water, sewer, valet trash, and Wi-fi that is billed separately from rent. The cost of this package is $225/month for studios and onebedroom apartments, and $250/month for two-bedroom apartments.

All pets are subject to a one-time admittance fee of $350 and monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Service and emotional support animals are exempt from pet charges with appropriate documentation.

While we don’t offer our own dog park, Luther George Park is directly across the street, offering a huge green space and sidewalk system for all your dog’s needs!
